Welcome to Design in our Lives

Design in our Lives is a newsletter about design, technology, the systems that power them.

There are two broad topics I’m interested in:

• The Structures within Design: What are the structures, shared definitions, and perceived constraints of the design industry and how we can use it to better understand it’s impact and identify opportunities for improvements.

• Technology’s Impact on our Daily Habits: How are new technologies, new applications, and refinements of existing concepts changing how we interact together and manage our lives.

I’ll be writing about these topics and more as a way to refine them and to challenge their base assumptions. I encourage you to subscribe and I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you.
